During the entire ride, we have our disposal snowmobile house clubs with washrooms and restaurants. You can also modify the package according to your needs and you can choose to include until 8 days of snowmobile.

Eric Thurre Tour
(6 days of snowmobile, intermediate level)

This package of 8 days/7 nights which includes 6 days of snowmobile is going to satisfy the most requiring. We pick you up directly from Quebec. Departures are planned on Sundays, from December to March.

During this great ride, which is for people who already have experience with snowmobile, you are going to discover around 1 305 km of trails and at the same time ride in the incredible region of Chaudière-Appalaches and of Bas St-Laurent : with the incredible landscape, you’re going to have many unforgettable souvenirs !

Day 1- Arrival :

Arrival at the international Quebec airport
Transfert from Quebec to St-Georges
Choice of your clothes and helmet
Handing-over contract and briefing before departure
Night at Hôtel Route 66

Day 2- Snowmobile (200 km)

Breakfast
Departure at 9:30 towards Lac-Etchemin for the first day of snowmobile (Luggage which are not necessary can stay at the center)
Tracks mostly in forest surely allow you to see deer along the tracks. Lunch in a snowmobile house club.
Now on the trail 35, sleds raise the powdery snow on an old railway that allows us to increase the speed
After a short break and refuel we head to the Montmagny region

Day 3- Snowmobile (240 km)

Breakfast
We take the trail 5 which is going to bring us at the Lac 3 Saumons. The miles succeed and allow us to perceive the majestic St. Lawrence River in several places
Dinner in a snowmobile house club
Trails are large and very well maintained. After a stop to the Club des Aventuriers, we ride towards Témiscouata.

Day 4- Snowmobile (215 km)

Breakfast
Departure around 9 o’clock
From the start, you’ll enjoy beautiful sceneries. This place is a little more agricultural and the wind is more present
Lunch in a relay for snowmobilers
In the afternoon the trails are mostly in forest, often tortuous and sometimes along a river; we head towards Mont Comi
Dinner and overnight in a wood cottage

Day 5- Snowmobile (225 km)

Departure around 9 o’clock
Still in Bas Saint-Laurent, we head to the North-West
Lunch in a relay for snowmobilers
We are now driving along the St-Lawrence River towards l’Île verte. Moment of intense emotion: if Mother Nature is on our side, we will be circulating through the ice of the river!
On the ice on a distance of 6 kms, we go directly to the island. The street is covered with a meter of snow, which allows us to go to the lighthouse on the north side: wind slap us, the cold is biting, the water and the waves hit the shore with intensity. These moments are unforgettable.
With nostalgia we retrace our steps along the trail, which is marked by small trees every 3 meters so that we can cross the river safely.

Day 6- Snowmobile (180 km)

With our undying memories of our stay at l’Île Verte, we head to Riviere du Loup
Lunch at a snowmobile relay
In the heart of the Bas St-Laurent region we are advancing rapidly thanks to the very wide and perfectly maintained trail
The last kilometers of this day lead us along the majestic St-Lawrence River to spend the night

Day 7- Snowmobile (245 km)

Still in the St-Laurent region, you are going to be impressed by the force of the wind, which is going to show you how is winter here
Dinner in a snowmobile house club
Spectacular landscapes at the Mont du Midi and at the glaciers where snow can reach 3 to 5 meters.
Stop at the covered bridge of Notre-Dame-des-Pins
Back at SÉCURITOUR, complete contract and inspection of the sleds
In the end of the afternoon, transfert to Quebec with our driver. Your most beautiful stay is already finished, but you added 1 285 km to your snowmobile experience
Transfer to Québec at a bed and Breakfast
